We should all be very proud of our Rugby Canada Women's 15 team for their win over the USA in the Can-Am Rugby Series. Despite the rain, the game on April 19 at Westhills Stadium featured great play by both teams, and a loud, enthusiastic crowd cheering on the home side to a 14-10 victory.
On behalf of Langford Council and our residents, congratulations, ladies, on a fantastic effort. You have made a tremendous impression on our community and are an inspiration for young athletes everywhere.
